Light foxing throughout bound in calf with black leather spine label gilt lettering a bit dulled but quite readable even from a distance. Covers moderately rubbed. First Edition "Fifth Thousand" An interesting pro-slavery work which uses religious writings and other contemporary sources to justify slavery. Original period owner signature. Scuff mark to back cover. Small faint discoloration mark.

Splitting at hinges but binding is intact, protected by plastic.
