Guidant Global is seeking to place a flexible Client Solutions Manager who can bring their upbeat personality to the company. This full-time role is remote-based and comes with an attractive salary of £50k-£65k plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will drive sales and business development activities. This will include the identification and development of new prospects across a variety of industry sectors.

In your first week in this Client Solutions Manager job, you can expect to:

• Source suitable opportunities for Guidant which meet our ideal client criteria, including engaging with some of the world's premier and best-known brands
• Ensure that the prospect database, sales pipeline, and Salesforce.com are fed and kept up-to-date with a sustainable flow of suitable prospects
• Develop insightful and adaptive solutions to the recruitment and resourcing challenges faced by our customers and the broader market

In time, you'll be expected to have guided those new prospects through the solution selling cycle into becoming the newest members of our Guidant client portfolio.

You will also work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality sales and marketing content, contributing ideas and ensuring alignment with market trends and the voice of the customer.

To succeed in this Client Solutions role, you will need various skills and personal attributes, including:

• A track record of developing inclusive and collaborative relationships with clients
• Experience closing high-value sales opportunities
• Outstanding ability to influence and engage with all types of people from multiple backgrounds
• A background in Recruitment Outsourcing or solutions sales
• An understanding of the solution design process and capability to contribute to high-quality proposals and presentations
